‘Eternals’ Set Photos Feature New Look At Richard Madden’s Ikaris

In recent days, Marvel Studio’s Eternals has been filming in the streets of Camden, England. Fans were able to get an up-close look at many of the stars, including Richard Madden, who popped up in new set photos recently.

Madden’s Ikaris was recently spotted thanks to previous photos, but these new images offer the best look yet at the actor. As with the rest of the cast, the Game of Thrones star was not seen in his super suit, instead, he was sporting a civilian look.

One interesting note about these images is that Madden’s jacket has several CGI dots on the right shoulder. This could suggest that in the film, Ikaris will have something animated in this area.

Recently, Marvel Studios released the official synopsis for Eternals, teasing an epic showdown between the titular heroes and the villainous Deviants. The description reads:

Marvel Studios’ The Eternals features an exciting new team of Super Heroes in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, ancient aliens who have been living on Earth in secret for thousands of years. Following the events of Avengers: Endgame, an unexpected tragedy forces them out of the shadows to reunite against mankind’s most ancient enemy, The Deviants.
