DC Universe’s ‘Titans’ Season 3 Has Reportedly Cast Roy Harper

The Titans could be adding to their already loaded roster. According to insider Emre Kaya, DC Universe has cast an actor to portray Roy Harper in the third season of their flagship series.
First appearing in More Fun Comics #73, Roy Harper was the sidekick of Oliver Queen, aka Green Arrow. In the ’90s, Roy went out on his own under the name Arsenal, joining and eventually leading the Titans. In recent years, the character has spent much of his crime-fighting days working alongside superhero teams, including the Justice League and Outsiders.
Roy’s potential role in Titans was teased in the Season 2 premiere, with Donna Troy receiving a phone call from the hero during a mission. So, it should come as no surprise to fans that the character will be making his way to the DC Universe series next season.
Of course, this won’t be Roy’s first live-action stint. Teen Wolf star Colton Haynes has the character in The CW’s Arrowverse since 2013. Recently, during the final season of Arrow, Arsenal lost his arm following a plane crash on Lian Yu, teasing that the character would be receiving his iconic metal arm at some point down the road.
