‘WandaVision’ Audition Tape May Tease Quicksilver’s Return To The MCU

Thanks in part to some recent casting calls, it was revealed that the Disney+ series, WandaVision, is casting the titular characters’ children. Now, an audition tape for one of the boys has surfaced, and it might tease the return of a fan-favorite character, Quicksilver.
It’s difficult to say if the young actor in the clip is trying for the role of Wiccan or Speed, but regardless, the video seems to tease the return of Pietro Maximoff. In the tape, the actor mentions his character’s uncle asleep on the couch. Pietro, of course, made his MCU debut in Avengers: Age of Ultron as the brother of Wanda Maximoff. Check out the clip below:

Rumors have suggested for some time now that Aaron Taylor-Johnson would return to the MCU seeing as Wanda will be creating her own reality in the Disney+ series. To this point, Marvel Studios has stayed mum on Quicksilver’s return, but this tape may be the confirmation fans have been looking for. Additionally, given the report that Wiccan and Speed will join the larger MCU after the events of WandaVision, this new information could suggest Pietro will return to the primary reality aswell.
