New ‘WandaVision’ Image Teases The Show’s Sitcom Influence

During the Marvel panel at CCXP 2019 in Brazil, Kevin Feige hit the stage to tease the upcoming projects coming to the MCU, including Black Widow, Eternals and The Falcon and the Winter Solider. Among the reveals was a new still from the Disney+ series WandaVision, which showcases the show’s influence from classic sitcoms.

Since Vision had the mind stone removed from his head in Avengers: Infinity War, seemingly killing him in the process, it’s believed his involvement in the series is due to Wanda’s reality-altering powers. WandaVision will lead into the upcoming Doctor Strange in The Multiverse of Madness where Olsen will co-star along with Benedict Cumberbatch’s Stephen Strange.

WandaVision will hit Disney+ in the Spring of 2021.
The series stars Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Bettany, Teyonah Parris as Monica Rambeau, Randall Park as Jimmy Woo, Kat Dennings as Darcy Lewis with Kathryn Hahn in an undisclosed role and Josh Stamberg as an FBI Agent.
