Damaris Lewis Promoted To Series Regular For ‘Titans’ Season 3

DC Universe has decided on the next Big Bad for their flagship show. As first reported by our friends at Geeks WorldWide, Blackfire actress Damaris Lewis will be a series regular for the recently announced third season of Titans.
Lewis – who appeared in a pair of episodes in Season 2 of the DCU series – is best known for her work in Spike Lee’s 2018 hit BlacKkKlansman. Her other credits include the Bradley Cooper-led Limitless and FX’s Pose. Next year, Lewis will appear alongside Hilary Swank and Mike Colter in Fatale.
GWW’s report also mentioned that Blackfire would be the main antagonist for the next season of Titans, something that became clear in last week’s finale. In the closing moments of the episode, Blackfire takes control of a human woman’s body using the same alien goo that made Faddei her vessel earlier in the season. Based on her demeanor, it’s clear the villain is on Earth to seek revenge against her sister, Starfire.
