The moment fans have long been waiting for is finally here. DC has finally unveiled Dick Grayson’s Nightwing suit for Titans.

The costume designer for all DC Universe shows, Laura Jean Shannon, posted a live video on her Instagram page showing a behind-the-scenes look at how super suits are made. In addition to showing concept art for several DC Universe costumes, she also revealed illustrations for Dick Grayson’s Nightwing suit. Well, now DCU has revealed the first full look at the Boy Wonder’s upcoming new look.

Although the season finale titled “Nightwing” is still over a week away, fans have been treated their first glimpse of at the suit since production concluded earlier this year. Dick Grayson’s iconic blue and black costume is now closer than ever to appearing on the small screen, and by the looks of it the production. did a fantastic job designing it.

First appearing in Tales of the Teen Titans #44 in 1984, Nightwing is the identity Dick Grayson assumed when he moved on from his role as Batman’s vigilante partner, Robin. On Titans, Dick quit fighting crime alongside Bruce Wayne before the start of the series. However, when he runs into Raven, he picks up the Robin mantle again, but only for a short period.
