Dwayne Johnson’s ‘Black Adam’ To Arrive In December 2021

Earlier this year, Warner Bros. and DC Comics released Shazam!, focusing on young Billy Batson in his journey to become a hero. While Shazam didn’t meet his long-time adversary, Black Adam, during the film, fans wondered when the classic villain would be making his introduction on the big screen. Well, fans will be able to meet Dwayne Johnson as Black Adam soon as his solo film is set to release in 2021.
As seen on Johnson’s Instagram, Black Adam will finally be making his first live-action appearance in his own film on December 22, 2021. Comic book icon Jim Lee and artist BossLogic collaborated together to introduce Johnson as Black Adam in the new poster. You can check out the full post below:

This is a long time coming as the 47-year-old actor has been attached to the role for almost a decade. So after the long wait, fans will be able to follow Teth-Adam’s journey into becoming Black Adam in 2021. With the film arriving in a little over two years, production is set to start early in 2020.
