A familiar face in the Arrowverse may hop aboard the Waverider. Supergirl’s Martian Manhunter could be making the move to Legends of Tomorrow.
According to our friends over at Discussing Film, David Harewood could be joining the Legends during the second half of the show’s fifth season. However, Martian Manhunter would only stay on the new team until the sixth season of the Girl of Steel arrives late next year.
The timing of this move is not coincidental, the Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover event is sure to alter the paths of many Arrowverse characters for the foreseeable future.
Harewood has been a mainstay in a supporting role on Supergirl since the show’s first season. Although he’s been a fairly prominent character, perhaps the change of location will allow more development for J’onn J’onzz. With that being said, this is still just a rumor until further confirmation, so take it with a grain of salt.
How do you feel about Martian Manhunter potentially joining the ever-growing Legends team? Do you think it’s the right move for the character? Let us know in the comments below!
