Ryan Reynolds & Will Ferrell To Star In Musical Reimagining Of ‘A Christmas Carol’

Ryan Reynolds and Will Ferrell are likely to appear in any movie fans top ten comedic actors list. As first reported by THR, the two actors are set to join forces for a musical adaptation of A Christmas Carol.
While it will be written and directed by Sean Anders and John Morris of the Daddy’s Home films, not much is known of the film other than its headliners.
A Christmas Carol is one of the most well-known stories in Hollywood. From Disney reboots to the 2009 Jim Carrey-starring adaptation, it is likely that the story of Ebenezer Scrooge will be told for decades to come.
The combination of Reynolds and Ferrell is a promising one. Ferrell starred in one of the most popular modern Christmas movies of all time with Elf. Reynolds, on the other hand, dropped a Christmas-themed PG-13 Deadpool film last winter with Once Upon A Deadpool.
