‘Swamp Thing’ Concept Art Reveals Alternate Design For Blue Devil

While DC may have canceled Swamp Thing on the DC Universe, that doesn’t necessarily mean the content has ended. Concept artist Jerad S. Marantz has recently released early designs for Ian Ziering as Blue Devil.
Unfortunately, due to the early cancellation of Swamp Thing, viewers didn’t get to see much of Blue Devil, but this concept art is a nice consolation. Ziering gave an excellent performance as the occult character, which was enhanced by his fantastic costume.

Additionally, new set photos have emerged of Blue Devil on Swamp Thing, along with a video detailing the application of the makeup and costume.
It’s a shame we only got to see the hero in one scene on the show because the work that went into the look was amazing.
