New Images Reveal Baron Zemo’s Mask In ‘The Falcon And The Winter Soldier’

On Saturday night’s panel at SDCC, Marvel Studios released footage of Baron Zemo’s comic-accurate look in the upcoming The Falcon and The Winter Solider but declined to release it to the public so our chances of seeing it remained slim. That was until Daniel Brühl took to Instagram to reveal his character’s new look.
Brühl first appeared as Colonel Helmut Zemo, a Sokovian special forces soldier whose family died during the events of Avengers: Age of Ultron, in Captain America: Civil War. Zemo framed Bucky Barnes for the bombing of the United Nations during the signing of the Sokovia Accords in an attempt to lure out the Avengers. He was taken into custody by Everett Ross at the end of the film.
What do you think of Zemo’s comic-accurate look? Are you excited to see him return in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier? Let us know in the comments below!
The Falcon and The Winter Soldier hits Disney+ in the spring of 2020.
The series stars Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Emily Van Camp, and Daniel Brühl.
