In the comics, Artemis is the daughter of the villain Sportmaster, who will also make his live-action debut when the series debuts next year. Smith’s casting was already known, but until now her role on the series was a mystery. It will be interesting to see how large of a role she will play on the show so, for now, we will have to wait for further updates.

Voiced by Stephanie Lemelin, the character was a protege of Green Arrow before joining the team. She eventually took up the mantle of Tigress, a title she would keep following the death of her boyfriend, Wally West.
