‘Stranger Things’ Star David Harbour Joins Marvel Studios’ ‘Black Widow’

Hellboy is joining the MCU, in a way. According to The Hollywood Reporter, David Harbour has signed on to star alongside Scarlett Johannson in Marvel Studios’ Black Widow. Details on his character are currently unknown.
Later this month, Harbour will headline Lionsgate’s Hellboy reboot, which is being helmed by Neil Marshall. The 43-year-old actor is also set to reprise his role as sheriff Jim Hopper later this year when Stranger Things season three hits Netflix.

Black Widow will focus on Johannson’s Natasha Romanoff before her employment at S.H.E.I.L.D. began. Other details surrounding the plot of the film are currently under wraps.
Fighting With My Star Florence Pugh joined the cast of Black Widow last month. Australian director Cate Shortland is set to helm the film, which has a script by Jac Schaeffer.
