Netflix Renews ‘Umbrella Academy’ For Second Season

As first reported by Geeks WorldWide, Netflix has made the call to renew its highly successful original superhero series The Umbrella Academy for a second season.
The show’s first season has been a hit with fans and critics alike since it debuted on the streaming service in February. Based on the best selling comic book by Gerard Way and Gabriel Ba, the series focuses on estranged siblings with extraordinary powers who are reluctantly reunited by their adoptive father’s death and band together to uncover long-hidden family secrets.
