During the Disney Investor Meeting on Thursday, it was announced Noah Hawley would be producing and co-creating a show based on the Alien franchise.
Not much is known about the new show but it is currently in pre-production. It’s the first entry in the franchise set on Earth.
Noah Hawley is best known for FX’s Legion and Fargo.

Alien was released in 1979 and since then has spawned numerous sequels and spinoffs including Aliens, Alien vs. Predator, and Prometheus.
