‘The Falcon And The Winter Soldier’ Set Photos Confirm Madripoor Setting

New images from the set of Marvel Studios’ upcoming Disney+ series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier have surfaced online. These set photos seem to confirm early speculation that the show will visit the fictional nation of Madripoor.
Last month, an image from the set of filming featured what appeared to be the Madripoor flag in the background. Until now. there was no additional evidence proving the island would be visited. Now, several images from the set recently emerged featuring posters and flyers in some kind of tunnel. At first glance, there doesn’t appear to be anything special about the images, but some further digging proved otherwise.

The third image in the collage above features flyers for a place located between Cyan St. and Dream St. which for fans of the comics, the latter should sound familiar as it is located in Madripoor. Given this is now the second piece of evidence pointing to the series visiting the island, it seems very likely our speculation was correct.
In the pages of Marvel Comics, Madripoor is a haven for the criminal world. Given that Daniel Brühl’s Baron Zemo is returning, this could suggest he will lead the heroes to the island. Beyond this, how the location will come into play remains a mystery, but the reason for its involvement is sure to be revealed soon.
