Disney kicked off the weekend with a wave of announcements for their new streaming service, Disney+, at D23 expo. Marvel Studios announced that one of their characters, Ms. Marvel, would be getting her own live-action series on Disney+. President Kevin Feige didn’t stop there.

During the Marvel panel at D23, Feige also revealed that Ms. Marvel would be appearing in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the future. You can check out Eric Goldman of Fandom’s tweet below:

It is awesome to see that Disney+ shows like Ms. Marvel will have the opportunity to be a part of the MCU. It is unknown who would be playing the titular role, but nevertheless, it is exciting to see new characters joining the MCU.
