‘Sonic The Hedgehog’ Movie Release Delayed To 2020 To Correct Sonic’s Design

Director Jeff Fowler announced via Twitter that his movie, Sonic the Hedgehog will be delayed by three months. The movie will move from November 8th of this year to Valentine’s Day in 2020.

Fowler has received a lot of criticism from the fans due to the character design of Sonic for months. Earlier this month, he responded to the fans on Twitter saying that the message has been received.
Thank you for the support. And the criticism. The message is loud and clear… you aren't happy with the design & you want changes. It's going to happen. Everyone at Paramount & Sega are fully committed to making this character the BEST he can be… #sonicmovie #gottafixfast 🔧✌️
