Studio Trigger is set to produce an anime adaptation for the Delicious in Dungeon manga. An official website and Twitter account were opened for the series Wednesday, and a teaser visual was released.

Delicious in Dungeon is written and illustrated by Ryōko Kui. The manga is published by Enterbrain’s Hart magazine and has been licensed by Yen Press in North America. The series currently has 12 volumes published and follows a group of dungeon-crawling adventurers trying to save money during their latest journey. Rather than bring their own food, they create tasty treats with the monsters they encounter during their adventure.

The anime adaptation will be handled by Studio Trigger, which is well known for producing Kill la Kill, Little Witch Academia, Promare, and more. Previously the studio had made a commercial promoting the manga’s eighth volume, which led to many fans campaigning for them to handle the anime.
