RUMOR: Margot Robbie In Talks To Play The Invisible Woman In ‘Fantastic Four’

Marvel Studios is reportedly eyeing some A-list talent to headline their highly anticipated Fantastic Four reboot. According to insider Daniel Richtman, Margot Robbie has been offered the role of the Invisible Woman.
Created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby in 1961, Sue Storm first appeared in The Fantastic Four #1. A founding member of the team, Sue gained the ability to turn invisible and cast force fields after being bombarded by cosmic rays.

Former WandaVision key director Matt Shakman will helm the film and kick off Phase 6 of the MCU. Jeff Kaplan and Ian Springer were previously attached to write the movie, but it seems Marvel Studios is taking the story in a different direction as Josh Friedman, who most recently worked on Avatar: The Way of Water, is now tapped to write the project.
Robbie joins the growing list of stars rumored to be involved in the project, including Adam Driver and Paul Mescal as Mister Fantastic and the Human Torch, respectively. The Academy Award-nominated actress recently starred in Damien Chazelle’s Babylon. She is set to headline Greta Gerwig’s Barbie later this year.
