Wonder Girl’s Fate In ‘Titans’ Season 3 Reportedly Revealed (Spoilers)

In Titans’ sophomore season, fans were shocked to see the fan-favorite character Wonder Girl killed off in the season finale. However, it appears the show is looking to right this wrong. According to insider Lance Ausfresser in the Titans Facebook Group, Season 3 of Titans will feature Troia.

It was previously rumored that Conor Leslie would return for the new season, and her potential resurrection was even teased in the finale by Teagan Croft’s Raven. Now it seems not only will she return, but she’ll also gain a new identity.

In 1989’s The New Titans #55, Donna Troy abandoned her Wonder Girl identity and became Troia.  As Troia, Donna adopted a new hairstyle, costume, and a number of mythical items. Given the season finale saw the Amazon’s taking Donna’s body to Themyscira, it seems likely we will see the heroine take on her new identity on the island.

Not only will the new season see the return of Donna Troy, but a number of characters are rumored to premiere during Season 3. Included in the newcomers are Barbara Gordon, Roy Harper and the iconic villain Lex Luthor.
