Solomon Grundy To Appear In DC Universe’s ‘Stargirl’

A classic DC villain may be making his way to the DC Universe streaming service. According to insider Lance Ausfresser in the Stargirl Facebook group, Solomon Grundy will appear on Stargirl.
Grundy was initially introduced as an enemy of the original Green Lantern, Alan Scott, but has since become a prominent villain for many heroes including Superman, Batman, and The Flash.
The character was first introduced in All-American Comics #61 as a late 19th-century businessman who was murdered and was reanimated 50 years later as a hulking corpse with no memory of his past. From there, Grundy went on to cause trouble for many a DC hero and has become a staple villain. Grundy most recently appeared in live-action in the Fox series Gotham, portrayed by Drew Powell.
